So often we try to fit into other people’s expectations or conditioned ways of doing and being, but what if that’s not actually what you’re here to do or who you’re meant to be? Once we strip away the societal pressures, we remember who we are. A Self Discovery session is designed to support you to remember who you are at your core, underneath all the programming and societal pressures so you can see the unique beauty of your soul and what you came here to do and stop going against your nature just to fit in. In this session, we explore your astrological birth chart to uncover and affirm your life’s path, give you clarity on your purpose, understand your needs in work, relationships, and finances, and empower you to be more of who you are in your work, relationships, self expression, and how you show up in the world. What is a birth chart? Your birth chart captures where each planet was at the moment you took your first breath, and the position of each planet and their relationship to each other paint the map of your soul: your natural strengths, challenges, and purpose over this lifetime. Your strengths are what you are naturally good at and where you are supported. Your challenges are areas that you will need to work through, and potentially overcome or heal. Your purpose looks at your strengths and challenges and provides insight into your karmic direction, what is meaningful to you and where you will excel. Of course, this does not discount things like your personality, conditioning, or free will, and over the course of your life there will be an ever evolving balance between these aspects, but a reading can affirm your life experiences and your natural way of being, why you feel certain things, and what you're here to do.
