New Moon In Pisces : Leaving The Familiar To Birth The New Paradigm

The New Moon in Pisces arrives on 10 March at 7:00 pm AEST.

Pisces is the most sensitive sign of the zodiac. It's this sensitivity that lends itself to Pisces' immense compassion, as well as it's intuitive powers and pulls towards the mystical realms. At times, Pisces energy can be confusing, as it is formless, making erecting boundaries hard and difficult to manage.

How do we hold on or stay afloat when nothing makes sense?

In the Zodiac chart, Pisces rules the 12th house of Your Internal World + Mental Health, Behind the Scenes Projects, Connection to the Self + Spirituality, and The Unseen.

It is the house of everything that is unseen; where we witness ourselves and our experiences, because we are the only person that can do that.

No one else has the capacity to witness us like we do to ourselves, and the most important work that is to be done is that of witnessing and showing up for ourselves*.

As we do this, we nurture ourselves and our connection to Source/God/Whatever you want to call it. This is also where we find compassion for others, as it is felt so deeply internally.

With this lunation, we have all planets huddled in the quadrant of the sky Aquarius to Taurus. What this means for you is that you are going to have alot of energy that is moving you through a process. I explain more about that in my blog post outlining the connection between the 12 houses here. (Or, if you want to go deep, download my free guide to rising signs and working with the moon PDF here).

Pluto, Mars, and Venus are in Aquarius, bringing up what needs to be transformed in the way that we relate to masculine and feminine roles and empowerment/disempowerment.

The Sun, Moon, Saturn, and Neptune are in Pisces, tugging at our heartstrings, making us crave the change we seek in the world, but with a doubt that maybe all of this is insurmountable and simply is what it is.

Mercury, the North Node, and Chiron are in Aries calling for us to step into our warrior spirit and take action in what moves us.

Uranus and Jupiter are in Taurus shaking up old paradigms and structures while we can't help but cling onto the ones we are overly attached to, no matter how dysfunctional they might be. This also speaks to the inevitable resistance we face as we move through the process, no matter how aligned it felt at its inception.

The stand-out aspect here is Mars in Aquarius squaring Uranus in Taurus; in order to shift paradigms, we must leave the comfort of the familiar. We must let go of what we've known. We must burn it to the ground in order to rebuild with the knowledge that what is sturdy will withstand the heat.

*I wrote an Instagram post about this and self worth yesterday.

I'm sending you so much love and New Moon blessings.
