The New Moon in Aquarius arrives on 10 February at 8.59 am AEST.
Aquarius is the changemaker, here to usher in a new paradigm that is in service to us all because, let's face is, there's a lot of systems here that aren't working for any of us, except for a very small few.
With this new moon, we have the Sun, Moon, Mercury, and Pluto all in Aquarius, Venus and Mercury in Capricorn, Saturn and Neptune in Pisces, and the North Node, Chiron, and Vertex in Aries, and Uranus and Jupiter in Taurus. These planets and points are all hanging out in the first two and last three signs of the Zodiac. This is pointing to both initiation, but also reformation, beginnings and endings.
What for you feels like it's a cycle reaching completion and what feels new? I would say this new/old dance will be in different areas of your life. For example, wrapping up a job while beginning a new relationship, or letting go of an old identity while cultivating new ideas.
How can these changes coexist?
And what can you take from the lessons of completion into the new?
The major aspects we have are squares between the Sun and Moon in Aquarius and Uranus in Taurus, and Mercury in Aquarius and Jupiter in Taurus.
Taurus likes the familiar; Aquarius is here to bring change. Taurus will cling onto the status quo, even if it's not really working for anyone; Aquarius is here to innovate.
In order to get both on side, there needs to be buy in, logic, and something in it for both.
How can you step forward into new paradigms while cultivating safety from within?
How can you be consistent while establishing a new routine?
What can you find in your life that is a constant, such as a yoga or meditation practice, while so much is in chaos?
This is all sweetened by a trine from Uranus in Taurus to Venus in Capricorn, giving us a little wink to sit down, make a plan, stay the course, and everything will be ok ;)
How to Get Unstuck
Do you feel kind of meh or that your life is lacking excitement or fulfilment?
Or do you find yourself thinking back to a time in the past where things were “better”?
Or maybe you can’t think of a time when things were “better”, but you find yourself fantasising about something different.
If any of those resonate, I've just posted a video on YouTube to run you through a process of how to get unstuck.
