About the Event

The past 12 months have been ALOT.  Every single one of us is dealing with different challenges that can seem overwhelming, relentless, and insurmountable.

Meditation won't take those challenges away, but it certainly helps with how we view and respond to whatever comes up.

It's something that many of us know we "should"do, but...there are also a million and one excuses to not do it.

I get it.

Maybe you've tried meditating and found it really hard or thought that you can't do it.

Maybe it seems like it's too spiritual/ religious or out there.

Maybe you don't know where to start.

Well, I am here for you.

I'm here to show you that meditation doesn't have to take hours, and that it's ok to skip a day.. just get back on the horse when you can!

I have been teaching meditation for  years and have found that there is no one size fits all technique. We each need to find the key that is going to unlock our unique  mind, and once you find that key, it's yours to use forever! And it will help you to navigate the events and emotions of life, because things can get bumpy!

Each week we will meet for a 1 hour Live Zoom session exploring a different technique, covering theory on the technique, and how the brain works, before diving into a 10 - 15 minute practice and a short discussion at the end.

You will get to try lots of techniques and decide what you like, and there is something for everyone!

You will be provided with PDF workbooks with content, exercises, and meditation downloads.`

If you aren't able to catch the Zoom call, it will be recorded and emailed out so don't worry if you can't make all the dates!

WEEK 1:  Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation

Tuesday 29th September 7-9pm AEST

WEEK 2: The Breath

Tuesday 6th October 7-9pm AEST

WEEK 3:  Visualisation

Tuesday 13th October 7-9pm AEST

WEEK 4: Sound

Tuesday 20th October 7-9pm AEST

WEEK 5:  Thought Observation

Tuesday 27th October 7-9pm AEST

WEEK 6: Sitting with Emotions

Tuesday 3rd November 7-9pm AEST
